Mediation is a process in which a third party between two parties help to solve problem by mutual understanding of both clients of different nature. Mediator play an important role because mediator is the person which play a role of bridge between two parties to reach their goals. Both parties when fail to maintain satisfactory among them then mediator can remove complication with sufficient way. To solve problems with efficient way mediator is judge or decision maker in condition of complication.
